Perhaps after being taunted (repeatedly!) by iPhone/iPod Touch owners, some innovative developers have created a YouTube application for the Nokia Internet Tablet. The mYTube (Maemo YouTube) is a sleek little gem that gives you a nice finger-friendly interface:

and shows the selected option with neat thumbnails:

It also plays the video clips smoothly- a feat not possible when watching directly from the YouTube page!

So, no always-on IM client, or I imagine, refreshing Twitter client either. That really sucks. And I have to say, it just adds to my previous conclusion that the iPhone is really not geared at my demographic- techies with an eye to customize.

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-03-11T07:53:33Z</dcterms:modified>

A Suprise Gadget!

On Saturday night I spent almost an hour fighting with my Slingbox. Since we moved to Texas and onto AT&T, I've been unable to get the remote viewing feature working on. But I don't even know why I'm fighting about it- the Slingplayer barely works on my Ubiquio anyway. So, I was looking online to see what other things were out there and was intrigued by the Archos TV+. Then I remember a comment that had been left by Mickliq which brought up the Archos 605. I hadn't paid too much attention to it at the time, but on closer inspection, I noticed a feature that was interesting to me. With the optional DVR Station, you can also stream video to the television and record movies from the satellite box. It would also let me surf the internet on my living room TV's screen.

Okay, I can already hear the collective, virtual sighs of irritation as I flit from one device to another, but here's the thing: I need to clearly define what I expect each gadget to do for me. My life as it stands now has me spending a huge chunk of time in my den with Seth and all his playthings. I've got a pretty neat setup with comfy theatre-type recliners, my laptop on one side and my phone on the other. Since I got my N800 I haven't really had a niche for it- its main home has been in the guest room and I use it to read my rss feeds in the middle of the night while I nurse Seth.

But what I'd love to be able to do is to watch the hundreds of shows and movies that are on my PC on my large TV screen downstairs. And it looked like the Archos with the DVR station could make that happen. I was so excited by the idea and when I told Dean about it, a weird thing happened- he got pretty psyched as well. In fact, he got so psyched that on Sunday morning he told me he was going to take us to the store and get it for me as a gift! Dean knows I'm not a flowers, candy and diamonds girl- the way to get me all aflutter is with tech. We dashed to the store and after accidentally picking up the wrong DVR station and having to exchange it we were good to go.

First of all, here's the Archos being displayed on the TV:

Its a thing of beauty, and also means that I have my entire movie collection at my disposal. I can watch YouTube, DailyMotion and other online videos on TV. And while I'm sitting in the den, I can dock my Archos and have it being useful to me, unlike my Nokia N800 which hasn't been able to be more than an 'alarm clock 2.0'.

So, next step is a pretty in-depth comparison of the two. Stay tuned- and if you want a sneak peek you can peek into my Twitter box to the right, or directly on Twitter.

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-03-11T17:14:09Z</dcterms:modified>

SecondLife on the Nokia N800

More as a proof of concept, than a long-term solution, my Nokia N800 running SecondLife via LogMeIn remote accessing my desktop. Since my Nokia doesn't have a keyboard, I'm not inclined to stay on and do any excessive gaming but its a neat way to read missed messages and view given inventory.

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-03-01T02:13:08Z</dcterms:modified>

Needed: Twitter App for N800

Today I decided to give Jaiku a try- after all, I've heard a lot about it and also was under the impression that it could incorporate my Twitter feed into its stream. Well, it just wasn't for me. My Twitters didn't get into it, and I didn't find the following that I wanted.

But it wasn't really Jaiku that I wanted- I just couldn't find a Twitter application for my N800! How could this be? Twitter is much more mainstream than Jaiku is, but I am forced to use the web-based version of Twitter and constantly refresh the screen. Its not impossible- I've just gotten spoiled by all the Mobile Twitter options on my Windows Mobile device.

So, to all the developers out there, how about it? Can we get a Twitter application for the Nokia N800 that looks as good as Mauku- the application for Jaiku?

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-02-26T01:34:06Z</dcterms:modified>

Nokia N800 Upgrade

If you've been watching my tweets, then you already know that I got an upgrade to the Nokia N800 and it finally arrived this morning! I've been playing with it extensively and one of the first things I did was to flash to OS2008. Let me just say, I have flashed Windows, Windows Mobile, Palm....and none of them come close to the speed and ease of flashing this Nokia OS! It took about 5 minutes, if even.

I'm still putting it through its paces, but so far I've customized my home screen how I want it:

And was finally able to get Canola2 working. Sadly, it was only after I installed it and got seduced by its sassy interface that I learned that this version does not yet support streaming from my home network. Still, it is pretty gorgeous and iPhone-rific:

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-02-25T16:04:17Z</dcterms:modified>

Remote Desktop Access

One of the things that I periodically like to use on my UBi, as well as my laptop is LogMeIn.com to have remote access to my desktop PC. Its a free, quick and web-interfaced way to view and control my desktop when I need to get hold of some information or something. I found out that LogMeIn also works with my Nokia N800 and on the larger screen, its a much more pleasant experience than on my UBi. Its a bit on the slow side, so I wouldn't recommend any longterm computing, but it works nicely for a brief session.

However, curiosity finally got the better of me as I wondered how 'game streaming' would be possible. Turns out that Orb has hundreds of flash, web-based games available! I've enjoyed playing several if them so far, though obviously they must be played while connected to the internet, and you cannot save or continue the game.

I'm sad to report that streaming video is not going to be a regular feature of my Nokia 770. Most of my video content is converted from my Tivo desktop, and that file format just seems to stump the Tablet. Its a shame, but thats how it is. I tried Canola- I couldn't even get Canola2 to work, and Canola1 just seemed too resource heavy for the Nokia. I eventually got Media Streamer which works more consistently, although like Canola it often resets my Nokia when I stream video. But I like the fact that all my media (photos, music and video) can be accessed from the same screen.

My video consumption mainly takes place using VideoCenter, which downloads my video podcasts.

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-02-20T21:20:31Z</dcterms:modified>

Gadget Girl

I've been promising to show my setup now that I've tidied up a bit in the new house.
Camcorder- Sanyo Xacti HD 700

MP3 Player- Zune

PDA Phone- UBiQUiO 503G

Camera (used to take the photos) - Minolta Dimage XT

All my gadgets are placed on the Central Docking Station that Dean custom made for me a while ago. It has holes in the back for the AC/USB cords to go through, and little angled holes in the front to hold styli. This was very handy way back when I had a collection of various PDAs.

Our setup in the home office is that his desk, which is identical to mine, faces me. His PC is a Dell, and his phone is my old T-Mobile SDA unlocked to Cingular.

And that's our home office!

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-02-22T21:42:32Z</dcterms:modified>

Streaming Media on my Nokia 770...Got It!

So far, I've gotten Canola1 working on my Nokia 770 but the video playback is not so great, and I can't get the video to play fullscreen. But...it IS streaming from my PC and audio and photos are looking fantastic. Newly emboldened, I'm going to try Canola2 now. If I still can't get it to install, I guess I'll make do with version 1. I needed to install Orb on my PC to get this working. Here are some shots:

Remember when I mentioned that I was having some trouble changing the regional settings. At the control panel, when I tried to change the regional settings, I would get the error message "Device storage memory full. Delete some data to free memory." And a Google search pointed me to this post which implied that I would need to use xTerm to fix the issue. Well, I tried this until I was blue in the face to no avail.

This morning, with a clearer head, I decided to try and make the change from within the clock application. My logic was that at the minimum, I would be able to get the date within the clock to show in the format I wanted. When I entered the menu of the clock, I found a regional settings option there, and was prepared to encounter the same problem.

Once I changed the settings, the device reset and I was thrilled to notice that the change took place. Now, you can see that my screen shows the date format that I wanted:

And that, Ladies and Gentlemen, is how to change the regional settings on your Nokia 770 without any fancy steps! My next project is to figure out how to stream content from my desktop.

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-02-15T16:22:27Z</dcterms:modified>

The Internet Tablet cometh

Yesterday my Nokia 770 Internet tablet arrived, and so far I've had mixed feelings about my experiences. The screen is lovely and its a treat to have that kind of real estate available. Connecting to my WiFi was a snap and I was able to start surfing in no time.

But, here's where it took a turn for the complicated. Once I turned it on, I decided that I wanted to change the regional settings so that the date would swap to the Month/Day/Year format which is the standard in the US. Well, turns out that because its the 2007HE edition, it involves using xterm and following these instructions. I don't know Unix scripting (yet) so even though I could get it up and running, I got stuck at the edit step.

I also haven't figured out how to stream media from my home network. I was hoping it would be as simple as it is in Resco Explorer for Windows Mobile....not so. The application of choice is called Canola2, but I can't seem to get it to run on my Nokia. Hmmm.

But, on the plus side, I was able to install a cool screenshot application which will let me immediately upload my screenshots to Flickr. I was also able to use bluetooth to send my OPML list of RSS feeds from my Ubi to my Nokia. (Note, I still haven't been able to get my Nokia to connect to the internet via my UBi, but this isnt a major deal for me since this is going to be a device for at home use only.)

As the years have gone by, there have been more ads shown for gadgets that were previously only seen in niche forums. Now it's important to remember who the target market is, and pinpoint accordingly- a task which some companies are better at than others. Here are some of the commercials available today and how they have hit or missed the mark.
Boost Mobile

This ad is spot on- succinct and hits the sweet spot of the target market. This commercial aims to attract the late teen to early twenties, urban youths. It features a catchy rap with 3 young rappers who are using the Boostmobile phone. It doesn't show any of the features of the phone, but that really doesn't even seem to matter.

LG Voyager

Hands down, this is the most innovative and informative commercial ever produced. In the few seconds this ad is able to convey that this phone is GPS enabled, has music, photos, touchscreen, and also opens up to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard and secondary screen.

AT&T Service

Even though this commercial hits you over the head with its "More bars" concept, I was impressed by the fact that they are also able to offer a glance at a number of their phones. It works at the most basic level, and its clear that they have picked a stance in the carrier wars- Verizon is all about the network, Sprint is all about the speed, and AT&T has chosen to be all about the coverage.

Palm Centro

This is one of the worst commercials I have ever seen, and disappointingly so. Palm users have waited long for the new Centro, and it was suprising to see that this commercial shows none of the innovation that this device brings. It instead focuses on one man ( I believe he is labeled as the design engineer) talking about how the phone can make people convinced there are more than one of you. It shows a flash of the device- it doesn't focus on the size, or any of the other features that the Centro has.

AT&T Phone Features

This light-hearted commercial shows a house hold "Sven"- a Swedish organizer guru who wakes up the household, reminds them of their appointments, missed calls, emails and weather forecast. The end of the ad advises you to get one of the AT&T smartphones if you can't get your own Sven. This is what the Palm Centro commercial should have been.

iPhone

Every iPhone commercial is exquisitely crafted, and showcases a fine device. After viewing the series of commercials you really feel as if you know the features of the phone.

Microsoft Zune

Behind the Palm Centro this is the worst commercial. Ever. It is a very sad situation when the device being shown is actually brought down by the advertising. The second generation Zune has a crisper screen, thinner body, wireless syncing (a first for any personal media device!) and support for podcasting. But NONE of these features are shown in the ad! Instead, the ad shows some dreamy abstract images of a girl being 'drawn into' her device. Why, why, why?? This choice is a very poor one because to the casual observer it would appear that they are attempting to take the focus off the device which would make sense for the first gen Zune but not this one! In fact, the ads did absolutely nothing to pique my interest- and my decision to purchase one was based solely on word of mouth by existing users!
So, for advertising companies out there, challenged by the technological explosion we are experiencing, I would advise you to stick to the basics:
1. Fully understand the product you are marketing. Use it, and be aware of all the features.
2. Fully understand the target market. Know who they are, what they are about, and why they need the device you are marketing.
3. Figure out the best way to showcase the best of your product to the best of your target market, which would be those who are actually likely to be in the financial position to buy the product.

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2008-02-03T20:06:06Z</dcterms:modified>

Sanyo Xacti HD700...hot hot hot!

With a new baby, one of the first things we started thinking about was how to memorialize every important milestone that he hits. We have a camera- a Minolta Dimage XT, but its a bit dated, and has an annoying habit of capturing a photo a few seconds after the flash goes off which means most of our pictures have everyone with closed eyes. My niece came over last weekend for a visit and brought one of her Xmas gifts- the Flip video; which stirred Dean's interest. But as much as I think the Flip is a cute idea, its not a very practical and longterm one. So I hunted on the internet for a video recorder with a form factor or size of the Flip, and what I came across is the Sanyo Xacti HD700. This gem of a camcorder can record in Hi-Def onto your SD card and uploads photos and videos easily onto your pc! And the size is completely unbelievable! I'll upload some photos and videos taken with it soon, in the meantime you can see a full review with samples here. Meanwhile, here are my shots of the camcorder:

Suddenly, commercials are paying particular attention to displaying phones as picture-centric, or music-inclined, and I am excited to see this shift. Erm..its only what I've been preaching since the days of my first Handspring visor way back when with its different Springboard modules that would allow you to get GPS, mp3 player, ebook reader, etc.

The one ad that has me smiling every time it comes on (apart from the Boost Mobile one, which doesn't really count because I'm usually just chuckling at Mickey Avalon) is the one for the new Verizon LG Voyager. This is the savviest commercial I have ever seen...it showcases the main capabilities of the phone in a way that is simple enough for the most basic non-tech user to digest, but still flashy enough for the biggest geek to still salivate over. Of course, that is before you take a closer look at the specs and carrier (CDMA heaven forbid!) and happily/smugly clutch your unlocked UBiQUiO 503G- not that I'm describing anyone in particular!

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2007-12-26T01:29:51Z</dcterms:modified>

Tivo Series2

I spent my commute this morning doing something I've never been able to do- I watched the episode of Nip/Tuck I missed from last week. Except, I didn't watch it from my Slingbox (which I won't comfortably be able to do without WiFi until I get my 3G Blackjack) but I watched the show downloaded from my Tivo. And it was absolutely amazing.

We got a Tivo Series 1 ages ago and it did what it was meant to do- a basic Tivo experience without much else. Around the time that I was investigating the SlingBox, Dean was on a mission of his own- namely to get another Tivo box for the bedroom. I convinced him to go with a Series 2 as I had heard all of the great features that it offers. Long story short, we ended up with a DirecTv DVR in the bedroom and I got the Series2 for my playpen (i.e. my all pink, all gadgety den).

I've been blown away with all of the Tivo2 features (podcasts, desktop downloads, maps, weather, etc) but, as you know, the feature that always gets my 'mobigasm' is the ability to access these things on the go. Tivo desktop will allow you to download the shows recorded onto your computer to watch, but the format does not work on my mobile device. I tried TV Harmony's Autopilot, but either I am really dense, or its extremely labor intensive, but I could not get it to work the way I wanted it to. The process took forever and the setup was really not intuitive. I finally decided to shell out the $30 to upgrade to the Tivo Desktop plus, which automatically converts the shows into the format of your choice. I chose MPEG4 and was thrilled to note that the conversion process also shrunk the size of the file (another feature that did not happen with AutoPilot), allowing me to get a one hour show into about 300MB. Once its done (and it works very nicely and quietly in the background) a little popup lets you know the number of shows that have been downloaded and converted,as well as their location on your pc. I popped my SD card in and was able to simply pull the shows onto my card.

My Dell desktop PC, Compaq Presario V3030US Notebook, Cradle for our (read-Dean's) camera, XDA Exec, MP3 Player, T-Mobile SDA and Playstation Portable (Network Printer and Dean's computer in the background). This is truly the most beautiful sight I have ever seen.

Here are some close up shots of the Presario... here's an interesting tidbit; for all the blue lights on this device, there is no bluetooth incorporated! Weird, huh! But between the built in 5-in-1 card reader and wireless network I have more than enough ways to share files.

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2006-09-11T23:14:49Z</dcterms:modified>

MP3 MP4 Player

When I ordered my MP3 player from Ebay 2 weeks ago, I had very low expectations for what it would be able to do. After all, it was not a lot of money and it didn't have the infamous ipod logo which seems to be all the rage.

I was therefore quite surprised when I received this little powerhouse which combines music player, video player, voice recorder, photoviewer and text reader into one punch.the screen is crisp and clear and has a pretty simple interface. In fact yesterday I tried the voice recorder, thinking I would be able to use it for my podcast- however, while the sound quality is excellent it records into wav format only and my host, Bolt, only accepts mp3 format uploads.

The photo viewer is paltry, with the best results being if used to view a face shot of one individual. There is also a phonebook, but as I am already maintaining my phonebook on 2 devices I haven't really looked into this.

The music and video player are superb. The video player only plays movies in amr format so I don't have any other files except for the sample one that was included. The music player also supports lyrics playback so that you can use the device as a virtual karaoke machine.I thought this was pretty neat

Of course the PSP can do gaming, that much is a given, but as a hardcore handheld user it needed to be packing some serious heat to catch my eye. The screen on the PSP is crisp and clear...a perfect fit for mobile media.

Because the PSP can connect to your PC in usb drive mode, you could conceivably use your PSP as a visual flash drive of up to 2gb (the size limited only by your memory stick). The PSP shows your pictures in stunning clarity and as a neat trick you can set the slideshow and use your PSP as a high-tech picture frame when not in use. I purchased a low cost cradle which charges the PSP while allowing it to remain in an upright position. When placed on my desk I have my favorite pictures play in a slideshow.

There are now a huge number of movies available in the UMD format (the proprietary PSP disc) and the PSP can be used as a handheld dvd player. There are various bags available that will enable you to carry several UMD discs at a time. And when you factor in that you can watch 2 full movies on a single charge, you are looking at over 4 solid hours of entertainment. The movies play pretty much exactly like regular dvds with indexing to make navigation a breeze.

If you'd rather not fork over the money for UMDs you can simply transfer your collection to the memory stick. PSP Video 9 is a free and simple converter which can convert several movie formats to the mv4 format preferred by the PSP. Conversion is extremely easy and uses low resources on your PC, meaning you can set it up in the background then do other projects on your PC.

Finally there's music- and this is by far my favorite media feature on my PSP. The sound is rich and clear, and using my PSP cradle with speakers I can enjoy amplified sound for about $10. Create a pallets of all your favorite songs and the PSP will let you jam for hours. There is also the freeware PSP radio program which allows you to listen to the radio on your PSP.

For me, this is an ideal makeshift jukebox because you can easily take your PSP to the beach, or poolside without worrying about damage. In fact, I am probably not the only one enjoying the music from my PSP- play 'The Sims 2' and see how your Sim character gets jiggy anytime you turn on music!

Picture depicts a random Sim from SIMS Nightclub Expansion Pack for the PC, not PSP.

Now, head on over to Adorkable Chris' site at TechRevelry to read his rebuttal on Media on the Nintendo DS and pick your winner. Secondly, it ain't me! Its Dean!
For those of who who haven't been following from the beginning Dean is my darling husband- truly the dream spouse of any techie. He doesn't always get it, but he's always a wonderful sport. He'll turn the bluetooth on his phone on if I need to test something out, he totally understands delivery-day jitters and he's always great about dropping off my ebay shipments.
For most of our marriage I've had my nose stuck in some high tech gadget or the other. I even took my Treo with me when we went on our honeymoon! (See the June 2005 archives for my Daynotez journal entries!) Dean is always appropriately impressed whenever I show him some new tech development but he has never really caught the 'fever'.
2 weeks ago (or so) I bought a PSP online and decided to get a pool game called 'The Hustle' which I thought Dean might enjoy... And did he ever! All of a sudden Dean does spot checks to make sure the PSP is charging on its base if not in use. He's finicky about fingerprints on it and the other day I could have sworn I caught him trying to check how much memory was left on the 2GB Memory stick!
On Sunday we took a trip to Circuit City to buy a copy of the Sims (my ebay seller never sent the item-complaint already filed) and it took all of his self restraint to allow me to finally play on the PSP for the first time since I got it.
There is no feeling quite like being sitting together cosily on the couch- him playing PSP and me with my XDA Exec...its the marriage I've always dreamed of.

For those who read the comments section, you'll have noticed a comment recently posted by Adorkable Chris where he blatantly stated his derision for the PSP, stating that he was a DS man. Well, fortunately for us, Chris has recently launched his own blog over at Tech Revelry . I am throwing out a challenge to Chris to go head to head in the quest to find the perfect gaming device. Here are the guidelines I propose:
We each pick 2 elements of our device, then take the total four and blog on predetermined dates on our experiences with each one. (My picks are web browsing and photo album display) We end by picking a winner (hopefully based on readr's feedback) and then the loser has to have a blog entry that declares the other device as being the KING OF THE GAMING WORLD!
So, what say you, Chris? Want to put your blog where your mouth is? A little friendly arse whopping?

He has been enjoying smooth tunes for a while, and I decided that I wanted to get in on the action. One of my complaints about the Windows Mobile platform is the fear of unplugged headphones causing music to blare from the speakers. Also, I just love gadgets. I'm going to stop pretending that I am looking for the perfect all-in-one device... I want them all, and I want them now! Here's the MP3 player/Video player I ended up getting:

I love little 'trinket-gadgets' especially when they're from Japan or China. Here are the specs on this cutie pie:

1GB MP3/ MP4/

Movie Player/ Photo Viewer

Okay, I am officially giddy with happiness and contentedness. My new Xda Exec arrived on Wednesday and so did my Playstation portable. However, the Sims game I ordered for my PSP and my memory card have not arrived yet so I have only mucked about with the web browser on my PSP. Now, my Exec is a different story altogether. I know technically its the same device as my Jasjar, but its the small differences that have made me fall so in love.

First of all, is the color. This device looks so much smaller with a black casing. I also love how the Exec has no branding visible when its in PDA mode. It makes it that much more mysterious. I also like the blue lighting on the keyboard better. The red light was fine on the Jasjar against the silver body, but the blue and black combo is really hot.
I used my transition to the Exec as a time to also clean out my memory card and basically deleted every file that wasn't in a special folder I created Remember from a couple of posts back I wrote about finding the backup files for your pertinent applications. I created a folder to keep such files such as;
-The adr6 file from my Opera folder which stores my bookmarks
-The dat file from my Woman Calendar which stores my feminine history.
-The bak file from SpbFinance which is created when I backup the data via the application.
All of my other applications have components for the desktop that allow me to sync with the new device and pull all my information over.

I have tried to be particular about loading items on my Exec and here is my final list;

Today Screen;
-Marsware WeatherPanel
-Egress
-iLauncher
-PocketBreeze

Finance;
-eWallet
-Pocket Stock Monitor
-SpbFinance

Medical;
-Healthfile
-Girl's Best Friend

Reference;
-MSDict
-Pocket TV Browser
-TomeRaider and IMDB database of movies
- Directory Assistance
-Virtual Earth Mobile

Others;
-ListPro
-Daynotez
-TreNotes
-Hubdog
-SakiMobile
- SplashBlog
-Opera Browser

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2006-08-27T19:34:22Z</dcterms:modified>

Time for New Toys

I think we can all agree that lately I have been extremely good when it comes to purchases. Well, I decided to reward myself with a late birthday present "bundle".

First of all, I ordered a Sony PSP. This is huge- I mean, this thing has been out for over a year and I am just getting one. Can't wait!

Next, I am upgrading my I-mate Jasjar to an O2 XDA Exec. Don't worry, I'm selling my Jasjar to subsidize the purchase. I just got a really good deal on it brand new and I wanted to get it in the all-black look.

I've been trying to play it cool, but the waiting has been killing me!!! The exquisite pleasure/torture of waiting for a shipment of electronics is like a drug!

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2006-08-27T19:38:10Z</dcterms:modified>
